1980's inspired. This is a hand me down from previous owner. I took it, but I've never worn it since, and I don't plan too, not my style. Condition: The two back slits have been sewn up with black yarn, by previous owner and the tie for the loops in the back seems to be missing. In my opinion the skirt is in all right condition. However, if I were the owner, it would be in a much better condition than this, because I take good care of my clothing whether it be new, old, preloved, thrift, vintage, etc.
